Issue/Introduction

When I use the url http://spmXXXX:8888 and the first screen comes up, it will only allow me to log in with the password I changed 3 days ago. then the second place I have to login works as it should with my newer password. This is same issue on 3 different OC servers....

Environment

Release : 21.2

Component : Spectrum OneClick

Resolution

Always use the user that owns the Spectrum install whenever making configuration changes in the OneClick web pages. If there is a password, make sure to populate the password field before clicking on the save button.
