New Spectrum V10.4.2 installation issue with port 80

Issue/Introduction

Receiving the following error on a new Spectrum install on Windows:

SPC-INT-20075 port "80" is not available for use as the Web Server port. 

Environment

Release : Any

Component : Spectrum OneClick

Cause

There is an application running currently using port http port 80.

Resolution

Disable the application using port 80, verify port 80 is available and rerun the install or use a different port for OneClick.
