HASHLOV algorithm picking seed values for NULL

Issue/Introduction

When using the HASLOV algorithm to mask records in our Mainframe, we are seeing NULL values getting masked. Is there a way to prevent this from happening?

Engineering provided the following patch to address this issue:

• DE528026_COB42.zip if you are running COBOL 4.2
• DE528026_COB62.zip if you are running COBOL 6.2
