spectrumgtw probe in constant initializing state

Issue/Introduction

After a restart of the UIM server where the spectrumgtw probe is installed now the probe is in a constant initializing state and is not processing alarms. When stopping the probe the port is left over and will not release. Unable to open the spectrumgtw probe configuration in AC with the following:

Resolution

We determined that the issue was something on the oneclick side, as when we put a new probe in place with an empty .cfg file we were unable to validate the connection to the one click server. We were however able to connect to the primary one click server.

After restarting the backup one click server, we are now able to communicate, and data is flowing.
