"Server is already active" for web client start of xvfb

Issue/Introduction

When running job AL2QXVFB which starts the xvfb process in USS for the web client, I am getting a message that the server is already active and that I need to remove the x99-lock.

Environment

Release : 12.1

Component : CA 7 WORKLOAD AUTOMATION UI

Resolution

 Need to remove the .X99-lock from the /tmp dir then recycle the web client z/OS task.
