IH Timer latency seen in Spectrum after disabling the VNA integration

Issue/Introduction

User noticed after disabling the VNA integration, there was an IH Timer latency in the Spectrum Performance tool. They also noticed the IH Timer Threads were continuously maxed.

Environment

Any Spectrum version

Cause

Not all of the VNA versa models were destroyed after disabling the VNA integration. 

Reference the "Disabling VNA integration did not destroy all VNA versa models" knowledge article.

Resolution

Use the Locater to find any models where the Model Type Name contains "SDN_" and manually destroy them. Rerun the search after destroying these models to ensure they are deleted from the database.
