Security information for administration with Web Viewer 14.0

Issue/Introduction

My security group is requesting the names of the java plugins used for  view v14 administration. That is the java that will be loaded into our chrome browser when utilizing and/or administering the mainframe view server running under tomcat.

Resolution

Web Viewer r14 does not use any browser plugins.  The UI is JavaScript which runs in the browser.  The data in the UI (the list of repositories, the list of reports, report data, etc) is obtained by making web service calls to the application server where Web Viewer is deployed.
