ENCORE Restart Issue Data Set ignored on restart

Issue/Introduction

Job timed out during execution. The job restart step ended ok on intial run. When restarting Encore a step failed due to DISP incompatible with DSN.  

Environment

Release : 12.0

Component : ESP WORKLOAD AUTOMATION

Cause

The EncParm settings contain 

IGNOREDS DDNAME(???-)

During the initial run Encore marked this DSN as ignored and cannot be used in later steps.

In the Encore FOOTNOTES you see 

NOT REPLACING (+1) BY G0108V00 IN DD SUMFILE IN STEP x
    (THIS DATA SET IS BEING IGNORED.)    

Resolution

Do not set IGNOREDS for ddnames needed for restart.
