Deploy to test panel ENXPPREP is not scrollable if more that 24 locations/subsystems

Issue/Introduction

Encountered an issue with Deploy to Test - A Developer has an application with more than 24 destinations (subsystems).  When choosing one of those destinations beyond what is shown on the screen results in "Invalid Destination".  THe panel ENXPPREP appears to not be scrollable if you have more than 24 locations/subsystems.

Resolution

D4T PANEL ENXPPREP NOT SCROLLABLE FOR MORE THAN 24 SUBSYSTEM is a defect and described below. 

This defect is resolved by the below PTF:

• 0 - LU04957

• 1 - LU04080     
• 1 (Japanese Version) - LU04081 

                                                                             
PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Customer has an environment with more than 24 target subsystems.              
Choosing one of those destinations beyond what's shown on the screen results in "Incorrect Target Subsystem" in Deploy for testing (D4T) panel.  Also customer can't scroll beyond 22 target subsystems.                       
                                                                              
SYMPTOMS:  Error message - 'Incorrect Target Subsystem'                                  
                                                                              
IMPACT:  Cast package creation stopped.
