Wrong ACWP values due to bad WBS structure

Issue/Introduction

After checking some project data, it is identified that some tasks have an unexpected actuals and ACWP value.

Upon review, the task was under "Deleted Tasks" and despite having assignments, actuals, etc., it also had children tasks with actuals that rolled up to the parent.

This is due to wrong WBS structure (task hierarchy data), but the tasks cannot be manually indented/outdented/moved as the Gantt view throws an error.

Resolution

As the WBS structure data is corrupted, this solution should be tried first in a non-PROD environment: Open the project in Open Workbench and, without doing any modification (or some manual hierarchy corrections, if needed), save the project back to Clarity.
