Do changes to arcotafm.properties get consumed without a restart  of AFM component?

Question raised. Guidance Request.

Resolution

Answer: No, changes to arcotafm.properties are not automatically consumed after a time interval. The changes to arcotafm.properties in <ARCOT_HOME>\conf\afm are picked up on next restart of AFM (Advanced Authentication Flow Manger).
