Parent Field select slow on MUX Project Grid

Issue/Introduction

Selecting parent on project list takes extremely long time to show values for non admins/OBS group level project rights. The steps to reproduce this issue are as follows:

1. Connect to Clarity and create a user
2. Add Project View rights via OBS
3. Add permissions to view MUX (Project Management - Navigate, Projects - Navigate, Project Management - Tiles Navigate)
4. Now connect as this user and go to MUX - Project Grid with few hundred projects in view
5. Add the Parent field
6. Now click on a parent field to select a value

Expected Results: To see data in reasonable time

Actual Results: Only "None" appears for very long time, making the user think there is no result
