Even though these download errors occur for five TUC0SPn.bin files by get latest maintenance all other required PTF's are downloaded. These TUC0SPn.bin file are aggregate maintenance and the individual PTF's were downloaded so these can be ignored. The reason for the failure is that the TUC0SPn.bin files are missing. After the get latest maintenance that failed you can proceed to apply the maintenance but select the offline option and continue.

CA CSM does not connect to CA Support Online and only uses the maintenance that is currently available in the software catalog. No updates or maintenance are downloaded.
