Count Field 0 For All CEM LOGGER Policy Records

Issue/Introduction

After implementing Compliance Event Manager (CEM) 6.0, the F task,STATUS output shows all LOGGER policies with a count field of 0. Why aren't any of the counts greater than 0?

Resolution

The problem is caused by running both v2 CMGR and v6 CEM at the same time. IPL and bring up only CEM v6.
