Problem to Remove/Change Roles in SCIM Connector

Issue/Introduction

While removing roles from user accounts the account template, SCIM connector, and the user has multiple roles, the roles are assigned correctly but when removing the provisioning role from the user the Identity Manager removes all roles

Environment

Identity Manager or Virtual Appliance 14.x

Cause

This is a configuration in the Connector XPress

Resolution

In the Connector XPress, change the container "Force Modification Mode" to DELTA_WITH_REMOVES_FIRST

If you are not able to see the "Force Modification Mode" attribute, from menu Tools -> Preferences -> mark the option "Show Extended Metadata" option and press OK.

After changing the configuration, deploy the connector again, if you are doing tests using Provisioning Manager, please, close and open it again to reload the new metadata.
