Microsoft Patches are not being Targeted to Computers, and so there is no Bulletin shown on the Agent Agent property's Software Update tab as seen here:

Symantec uses Microsoft's recommended prerequisites. For example, a lot of updates have this information:
Before installing this update Microsoft strongly recommends you install the latest servicing stack update (SSU) for your operating system before installing the latest cumulative update (LCU). SSUs improve the reliability of the update process to mitigate potential issues while installing the LCU and applying Microsoft security fixes. Also, if a Service Stack update has not been installed recently then Patch Management may not include that system(s) as Applicable for the patch.
