Issue/Introduction

The ServiceNow action pack fails Exception: {"error":{"detail":"The payload is not valid JSON.","message":"Exception while reading request"},"status":"failure"}:Bad Request

• After installing the Servicenow action-pack, a workflow is created from the template.
• Variables from JSON are received from Service Now and used to populate the prompset 'Create Record'
• It fails with the error An error occurred - after the request Response error code:

400 (Response family:CLIENT_ERROR), Exception: {"error":{"detail":"The payload is not valid JSON.","message":"Exception while reading request"},"status":"failure"}:Bad Request

Resolution

This has been fixed in Package.ServiceNow 1.1.4
