SSL: unable to obtain common name from peer certificate

Issue/Introduction

The Provisioning server notification fails when configured with HTTPS. when Provisioning Server notifies IM server for any changes over HTTPS with the error message " SSL: unable to obtain a common name from peer certificate"

Error Message:

Environment

Release : 14.4

Component : IdentityMinder(Identity Manager)

Resolution

A Test fix is available to resolve this issue.

How To Install	Take a backup of libcurl.dll from the installed location i:e .. \Identity Manager\Provisioning Server\bin
How To Deploy	1) Stop Provisioning Server 2)Copy libcurl.dll from unzipped folder to \Identity Manager\Provisioning Server\bin 3)Start Provisioning Server 4)Try to reproduce the issue.
