Issue/Introduction

During the IPL, CA1 is not correctly started - 

CAG8259E PREVIOUS/NEXT ERROR FOR INTERCEPT SV26.

CAG8263I OSI(SV26) IS PROBABLY MISSING OR INVALID]

CAG8261I SELECTED 01, ENABLED 01, DISABLED 00, INVALID 01.

CAG8299I STATUS   TMSOSI26 COMPLETED. RC = 08

Resolution

Till the next IPL, to start correctly CA1, it should be reinitialized by CAS9 using

PARM(REINIT,COSI=YES) and then re-start CA1. 

During an IPL, if DMSAR task of CA DISK/OS should be installed on the same partition of CA1, it should be started first to install their hooks first and then init CA1 by CAS9 and start it.
