Autosys/CA7 jobstreams missing historical jobstream runs on some days

Issue/Introduction

When looking at the Analysis tab Calendar, for some Autosys/CA7 jobstreams jobstream runs are missing on some days.

Environment

Release : 6.4.1

Component : AUTOMIC AUTOMATION INTELLIGENCE ENGINE

Resolution

Try rebuilding the jobstream history, by editing the jobstream and going to the General tab.

Select the check box for "Include runs since:" and select a date for how far back you want runs data.

After the rebuild check the Calendar again on the Analysis tab, and see if the runs are showing more consistently.

 

If this is the case, you may want to consider finding a Start Job to add to the Jobstream. 

 

The Start Job should have a hard start time, and only run the same day the Target Job runs.
