Why is there no Completed Date in WSAPI?

Issue/Introduction
Why is there no Completed Date field available in WSAPI like there is In Progress Date and Accepted date.
Resolution
In-progress date and accepted date are present specifically to determine cycle time. Since completion date is not included in this computation, it is not implemented in the database.
