Issue/Introduction

You can see the Allocation total (sum of periods or grand total) values on the 'Allocations Timeline' workspace for both Allocations by Investments (I-R) or Allocations by Resources (R-I). However, if you add other Staff TSV Total fields listed below, you see zeros. The values are shown in the 'Staff Grid' workspace.

  • Actuals
  • ETC
  • Total Usage
  • Hard Allocation
  • Remaining Allocation
  • Remaining Availability

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

Setup:

  • Enable Project Management, Settings: Allow Mixed Bookings
  • Create an investment with Mixed Bookings Staff for a duration of a few months
  • Post Actual Time to the investment
  1. Go to Staffing Workspace, Allocations Timeline, Allocations by Investment
  2. Add the following 'Staffing' fields to the timeline columns:
    • Actuals
    • ETC
    • Total Usage
    • Hard Allocation
    • Remaining Allocation
    • Remaining Availability
  3. Filter for the specific investment that has mixed bookings and actual transactions
  4. Set the View Options for the periods to cover the duration of the investment and set the Totals for Sum of Periods or Grand Totals
  5. Go to Settings, General and switch between the different work effort units (FTE, Hours, Days) - it occurs for any unit type

Expected Results: You should see the 'Total' (Sum of Periods, Grand Totals) value for the staffing TSV fields: Actuals, ETC, Total Usage, Hard Allocation, Remaining Allocation, Remaining Availability.

Actual Results: You see zeros for these fields.
