Issue/Introduction

Current graph scaling leads to wrong readings i.e. the short timeframe clips the part of the graph and operator view the misleading information.

By changing the dashboard Scale Per Chart, this is easier to see, but makes comparing individual utilizations more difficult. Can dashboard automatically adjusted the scale on all of the charts to 120% instead of keeping it at 100%.

There is currently no way to modify the display of the y axis to 120% in views.
