Broadcom Software is aware of an issue affecting licensing of several products.
Customers using the following products are not presently able to install a new license or upgrade an existing license:
A new certificate was updated on the load balancer that is in front of our licensing server and the new certificate was incorrect. Service was restored by re-applying the old certificate.
This issue has been resolved since Jan 28 2022 at 11:50 am Pacific time.
