Issue/Introduction

How can I access the files stored in the Filestore (Knowledge Store, attachment attributes...) from a SaaS environment while using a GEL script?

Environment

Release : 16.0.0+

Component : CLARITY SAAS OPERATIONS

Resolution

SaaS filestore locations have changed over time and here are the known locations:

/fs0/clarity1/clarity/files/filestore

The latest folder created for the environment is:
/opt/ppm/files/filestore
