Issue/Introduction

Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager (SEPM) を 14.3 RU1 以降にアップグレードすると、次の構文エラーで失敗します。

Environment

帯域制御が有効 な SEPM を 14.3 RU1 以降にアップグレードしようとしている。

Resolution

これは仕様の動作です。以下の手順を実行して問題を回避してください。

回避策: 

1. <SEPM インストールフォルダ>\apache\conf\bw\bw.conf をテキストエディタで開きます。
2. 22 行目に # を追加し保存します。
   
   [変更前]
   LoadModule bw_module modules/mod_bw.so
   
   [変更後]
   #LoadModule bw_module modules/mod_bw.so
   
   
3.  <SEPM インストールフォルダ>\bin\upgrade.bat を実行し、管理サーバーウィザードを完了します。
