Alarms are working fine and tickets are being generated in Infrastructure Manager, but new alarms are not being updated in Operator Console.

- nas configuration issue
1. In the nas probe select the checkbox to "Activate NiS bridge"
2. Click Apply, then Ok and the nas will restart
3. The alarms will begin synching between IM and the Operator Console.
