Issue/Introduction

The Compliance Event Manager CEMEMUF started task encountered a B37-04 abend performing a dynamic extend of AREA WSA3575. What is the recommended procedure to augment the WSA3575 allocation size?

Cause

out of space condition for WSA3575 

Resolution

The easiest way to address this is to

(1) take a BACKUP of the DB 3575 database  ====> highlevel.CUSTOM.JOBLIB(CEMWDCBP) to backup the DB

(2) rename the current WSA to .OLD 

(3) allocate a new WSA area at the desired size (with a good 2ndary allocation)

(4) LOAD the backup back in to DB 3575   ====> highlevel.CUSTOM.JOBLIB(CEMWDCLD) to load back the data
