Issue/Introduction

Getting the following return code when running BTG1000 to upgrade Datacom/AD DSTs from release 14.0 to release 15.1

Using +USR DATACOM-INSTALL

USER HAS NO CATALOGED PROFILE
Reason:
Either CA Datacom® Datadictionary™ was unable to find a profile for the user because the user is not authorized or because the profile was not cataloged.
Action:
Catalog the profile related to the person with the online or batch function, or perform an HSD reset using the DDCFBLD utility.

I used the same user to complete the install for the release up grade itself with no issues.  DST rebuilds worked in all AD MUF except one.  How do I determine exactly what needs to be added to get past this error.

Environment

Release : 15.1

Component : DATACOM DATADICTIONARY

Cause

Rare issue where there were no problems on the Active Upgrade job AXACTDD2, but for some reason, some HSD rows were not copied over.

This led to not being able to run any jobs that used pgm=DDUPDATE or pgm=DDCFBLD due to DATACOM-INSTALL not having the profile catalogued

Resolution

Client copied over a good HSD table using the REPLACE utility and got the default master user id DATACOM-INSTALL working properly.
