wasp probe missing on Primary hub

Issue/Introduction

After checking for the wasp probe on the Primary hub it was found to be missing.

Environment

Release : 20.3

Component : UIM OPERATOR CONSOLE - WASP & CORE

wasp v20.3.3

Cause

- unknown

Resolution

Since the wasp probe was missing on the Primary hub and it is needed to access the web Admin Console, we did the following to restore it.

1. Deleted the wasp folder on the Primary hub

2. Deployed the wasp probe v20.33 anew

3. Activate the wasp probe

4. Checked the log and it was up and running with no errors/issues.
