Steps to reproduce:
1. Navigate to Quality Management page
2. Click on Test folder with multiple associated child Test cases.
3. Notice the test case numbers are duplicated.
4. Click on the Test folder to display quick detail page
5. Click on the children in the collection
6. Notice the formatted IDs for the test cases are unique.
This occurred because the Column line was shifted too narrow for the full field to display. Essentially the last number of the Test Case was being chopped off.
The fix for this was to drag the column line further to the right to display the full number.
