How to setup SSL communication between Webview and MOM

Issue/Introduction

How to setup SSL communication between Webview and MOM? We are having issue after changing the password for database.

Environment

Release : 10.7.0

Component : Introscope

Resolution

Here are steps that we took on MOM and Collector.

On MOM:

modified the password in tess-db-cfg.xml and sent the value to true for plan text password.

clear product cache

1- Stop WebView and MOM Enterprise Manager processes 

2- Delete the entire content [all files and directories] of <APM-Home>/work folder 

3- Delete the entire content [all files and directories] of /configuration folder except settings and config.ini (DO NOT delete config.ini and settings) 

<APM-Home>/product/enterprisemanager/configuration 
<APM-Home>/product/webview/configuration 

enable the SSL for webview by commenting out the following property in IntroscopeWebView.properties

introscope.webview.jetty.configurationFile=webview-jetty-config.xml

Start MOM Enterprise Manager and WebView 

On Collector:

<APM-Home>/product/webview/configuration 

Start Collector.
