Auto Upgrade package, 14.3RU2 Patch to 14.3 RU3, does not work if SEP is installed in French

Issue/Introduction

You are trying to auto upgrade (using SEPM) the SEP client from 14.3 RU2 to 14.3 RU3.

The SEP client that you are trying to upgrade, it is installed with French language.

Manual upgrade works with no issue.

Environment

SEP 14.3 RU2 upgrade to SEP 14.3 RU3 with French language 

Cause

Client is rejecting the package, guessing it does not need to upgrade.

Symantec is currently investigating this issue .
