ESP Workload Automation

Issue/Introduction

Just about all of our ESP agents are currently configured to talk from the mainframe to the distributed server on the same TCP port.

I need to utilize a different port on a server, because port used is already in use by some other software process. What do I need to change on the Agent and ESP Parmlib.

Environment

Release : 12.0

Component : ESP WORKLOAD AUTOMATION

Cause

Requested to change communication.inputport.

Resolution

Change the communication.inputport parameter in agentparm.txt file, and in the mainframe AgentDef member found in CD7YSAMP(CYBESS35)?

agentparm.txt:
communication.inputport=7521

PARMLIB:
AGENT RP1LCPWARCHWB01 ADDRESS(10.62.2.38) PORT(7521) +
ENCRYPT KEY(???????)
