Issue/Introduction

Data Warehouse is slow on DWH_INV_PICKLIST_POSITION and DWH_INV_PICKLIST_POSITION_LN

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. On a system with 3M entries in DWH_INV_PICKLIST_POSITION, run Load Data Warehouse job

Expected Results: The job to run within expected time

Actual Results: The job is very slow on DWH_INV_PICKLIST_POSITION and DWH_INV_PICKLIST_POSITION_LN and hanging. Note it takes over 2,500 seconds.

Release : 15.9.2, 15.9.3, 16.0, 16.0.1
