CA Workload Automation AE - System Agent (AutoSys)

Issue/Introduction

Autosys was upgraded to 12.0.01 and the Enterprise Command Line stopped working.  Configuration has a Web Services URL,  previously this was not required. Is it needed now?   Even after adding a Web Services URL, the following error message is seen:

Authorization problem connecting to Server
StatusCode: 401, Using user: svcautosys_dev@us: https://servername.domain.company.com:9443/AEWS/command, URL: https:///servername.domain.company.com:9443/AEWS

Environment

Workload Automation AE (AutoSys)

Resolution

As of AutoSys 12.x the WCC ECLI functions do require the AutoSys WebService.  It needs to be defined in WCC's AutoSys server definition.  And the hostname used must be one that is consitent within the the AutoSys configuration.  The Application server host name, the web service urls and a defined host in autosys (autorep -M <> -q). Be consistent regarding using the short name vs fully qualified.
