SNMPCOLLECTOR GUI gives different errors: PPM-025, MONS-02, MONS-021

Issue/Introduction
We have several tunnel clients hubs with snmpcollector probe on them. The issue is every time I try to open the snmpcollector configuration gui it either gives a PPM-025, MONS-02 or MONS-021 inconsistently.
Environment
Release : UIM 20.4
Component : UIM - SNMPCOLLECTOR
Cause
Communication issue - Unsupported hub to hub communication configuration. (Use of hub Static routing in combination with Tunnels)
Resolution
The use of static routing (Adding a hub in "Name Services" tab in the hub) is not supported in combination with Tunnels.

If Tunnels are used for hub to hub communication, remove any static hub.
Additional Information
In some situations, data can be transmitted over the insecure static route rather than over the secure tunnel.
Delete static routes that are used to configure a tunnel. Do not retain static routes when tunnels exist.
