Grid Instances Are Not Loaded After Upgrade to 16.0.1

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading to 16.0.1, list instances from Modern projects, ideas, CITs are not loading.

The error appears:
Could not load columns

Cause

This is reported as DE63900 and is under investigation.

Resolution

Workaround: Change the End Period in View Options to anything other than 'End of Current Year'
