Event did not trigger as expected

Issue/Introduction

I have an Event schedule that loads twice daily for all dates except Aug 31 and Dec 31.

On Aug 31 and Dec 31, I want the schedule loaded a third time.

I was expecting the schedule to run at 10:00pm on Dec 31, but that schedule was not loaded.

I thought it worked on Dec 31, 2020 so I was expecting it to work again on Dec 31, 2021..

 

Environment

Release : 12.x

Component : WORKLOAD AUTOMATION DE (DSERIES)

Resolution

Use scheduling statements in Event schedule criteria like below;

Schedule: 8:30AM daily

Schedule: 6PM daily

Schedule: 10PM Dec 31

Schedule: 10PM Aug 31

Note: Do not specify the year in the schedule statement for the schedule to run yearly.
