Boxjob ran twice on the same day

Issue/Introduction
Issue: One of our box jobs was triggered once today (Jan 21) however was triggered twice yesterday (Jan 21).
Please advise how the job was triggered twice.

Release : 12
Component : CA Workload Automation AE (AutoSys)
Resolution
The box job was scheduled to run at 3:50 am.
It ran at 3:00 am and then again at 3:50 am.
It did so because the job had both date conditions and job dependencies.
The date conditions occurred on the prior day but the job dependencies were not true so the job waited until they were.
It just so happened to be almost 24 hrs later.
This resulted in the job running at 3:00 am.
It completed before 3:50 so the jobs was scheduled like normal to run at 3:50 am.
At 3:50 am AutoSys processed the STARTJOB event and as the conditions were still true it ran again.
The above behavior is expected given that specific situation.
The job owner should review the job definition and make adjustments if needed.
