Issue/Introduction

Starting next week, our Jira team is wanting us to connect one of our integration environments to their Jira Cloud trial environment.  Because of the requirements, we are also needing to change whichever integration we choose to a different Rally workspace.  We have never done this before so I wanted to make sure I knew what to do.  Is it just updating the values in the URL or Workspace for the ac_system and jira_system or is there more that needs to be done?  

Resolution

It will be necessary to change the jira_system URL and also the username:password.  If using a token instead of a password, it will be necessary to fill in the username field then put the token in the password field.
