Descriptions are not displayed in Portal Drop-Down options

Issue/Introduction

The Drop-Down property is defined in a CA Identity Manager (IM) Identity Portal (IP) form where the descriptions are defined on the different options. But those descriptions are not dispalyed to the end-user in the Portal when the user is hovering over an option.

Steps to Reproduce:
Add a property to a form (ie Employee Self Modification) with the following 

General properties:
Label - MyDropDown
Display Type - Drop Down
Server Tyep - Internal
Reference Name - myDropDown

Options (with Descriptions):

Name: A    Description: This is option A
Name: B    Description: This is option B

14.4.0-Centos6 (General Availability) vApp (Virtual Appliance fix) hotfixes (HF-IM-DE524248-20220124-0001.tgz.gpg and HF-IP-DE524248-20220124-0001.tgz.gpg) are available for this issue.
