PII Job Errors out even though the resources are anonymised

Issue/Introduction

We are facing issue with the Anonymize Personally Identifiable Information (PII) job. It fails on the lower QA environment. The job fails with a certain error in the logs but the resource data appears to be anonymzed. The job failure may leave traces of data not being anonymized.

Error as per bg log:

Environment

Clarity 15.8.1 

Resolution

There is an issue with the DBLINK.

DBLINK needs to be working well, the PII job needs Datawarehouse setup in-order to anonymize data in DWH schema.
