How to delete QoS Objects and metrics data

Issue/Introduction

We have some QoS Objects and data we no longer want, how can they be removed.

Environment

  • Release: 20.4.3
  • Component: SLM

Resolution

Go to OC > SLM > three bars menu > Database Status.



Check the box next to the QoS to remove and click OK.
 




If you want to remove the complete QoS click on QOS DEFINITION and click the 3 dots menu to the left of the QoS and select Delete.


If you want to remove one or more specific QoS objects, for example, if a robot was removed, or moved to a different hub check the box to the left.




Then from the three dots (ellipses) menu select either Delete Data or Delete Objects.

Note: Deleting a QoS object also deletes data for that object.
