EYUXL0158E EYUCMS1A Security profile for TRANSATTACH LECI     is incorrect: READ=NOTREADABLE.

Resolution

In addition to ACF2 for z/OS 16.0 PTF SO09833 required for CICS 5.6, all other PTFs for CICS 5.5 and 5.4 are required as well as described in this compatibility matrix.
