NetOps is missing Official Canadian Time Zone options

Issue/Introduction

We are mapping sites to timezones for the federal government and we found we can't map some timezones to those in PM.

Cause

These Time Zones are not part of the tool by default.

This has been submitted to Product Management as Enhancement Request ID DE526340.
