CA1 - chaining errors on the NL tapes

Issue/Introduction

Creating a multi-volume Non Label(NL) dataset will cause an            
expiration date STATS/002 to be applied to the secondary volumes and chaining errors.

Resolution

As circumvention, Label=SL can be used if it is possible.           
LU06039 should be applied to avoid this problem.

The problems of expdt and chaining errors created on the volumes, before applying the LU06039, should be manually corrected.
