Issue/Introduction

How do we upgrade PAM to the latest version when we have running instances? The documentation I looked at says there should not be any running instances. But we don't have a way to complete all the running instances.

Release : 4.3

Component : Process Automation

Resolution

Windows does not allow executables to be replaced while they are in use.  The Orchestrator must be shut down in order to upgrade.  Recommend to suspend all running instances and schedules, shut down the Orchestrator, complete the upgrade, start it back up and resume the suspended instances and schedules.
