Clarity NSA Server properties taking very long time to load

Issue/Introduction

When clicking on the Clarity NSA server properties they take up to 20 minutes to load and also when clicking on each tab after it finally loads.

Environment

Release : 15.8.1

Component : Clarity Architecture

Cause

This might be due to the Jaspersoft server being configured in the NSA, started, but being unavailable.

Resolution

Configured the Jaspersoft server so that it is available in the NSA.
