Unable to initiate the process on Attachment field update in MUX

Issue/Introduction

 In modern UX, the process is not getting initiated for the 'Attachment' field (after uploading file). In Classic, creating the instance triggers the process as expected.

Steps to Reproduce:  

1. Create custom master object and Event and API enable it 
2. Create an attachment attribute and API enable it 
3. In MUX modify blueprint to include attachment attribute created in step 2 
4. Create process based on the master object created in step 1 
5. Start Options as Auto-start and Start Event = Create and Update 
6. Connect Start step to Finish step and validate the process 
7. Navigate to MUX->Custom Objects and create new instance 
8. Attempt to add a document to an attachment attribute 
9. Notice process does not trigger 

Expected Results: The process should automatically start based on the definition when a file is uploaded to an attachment field.  

Actual Results: The process is not initiated.

Release : 16.0.0, 16.0.1, 16.0.2

Cause

DE63867 - PATCH call on the object instance is not triggered when the attachment is uploaded or deleted on attachment type attribute in details flyout and properties page.

Resolution

Targeted Fix in Release 16.0.3
